We are an established, family-owned construction company seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. We specialize in masonry, waterproofing, caulking, and restoration for commercial and multifamily properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop accurate and competitive estimates for masonry, restoration and waterproofing projects.
• Perform digital takeoffs using Active Takeoff, OnScreen Takeoff, or similar software.
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to ensure precise bid preparation.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to define scope and pricing.
• Support project and maintain organized records of bids and proposals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in roofing, waterproofing, caulking, or restoration.
• Proficiency in takeoff software (Active Takeoff, OnScreen Takeoff, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
