Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Opportunity for paid OT

As the Roofing Superintendent, you will be supervising multiple crew members and jobs at a time. Projects located primarily along the front range but possible travel could be required. (You will be given per diem, and your lodging will be paid.) Projects include: New builds, tear offs, repairs and maintenance. As the Superintendent, you should be okay to work in all weather conditions with your teams. There is no down time, work will be year round.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for service crews
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer
• Planning and executing a successful commercial roofing project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering roofing materials for projects

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with commercial roofing systems such as: TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Metal, etc.
• Work truck, cell phone, laptop and company card
