Job Description:

We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in wealth management offices. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients, managing their annuities and investment accounts, and ensuring a seamless service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and transactions related to annuities and investments.
  • Handle client communications, including calls, emails, and in-person drop-ins.
  • Prepare accurate account summaries and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all transactions.
  • Efficiently manage multiple service requests daily.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Redtail, Salesforce, or similar for client account management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a wealth management support role.
  • Strong knowledge of annuities and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
