Shift: 1st & 2nd 
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours:  7: 00AM-3: 00PM or 3: 00PM-12: 00AM
Starting Pay Range: $28-35
Location:  Arvada, CO

A leading manufacturer of highly reliable and efficient centrifugal pumps and compressors for use in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation and water processing industries in the Arvada, CO and surrounding areas is looking for an experienced Intermediate to Senior level CNC Programmer

  • Create new NC programs using Siemens NX CAM software
  • Edit/modify existing NC programs
  • Create simple 3D solid Process Models using NX CAD
  • Design work holding / fixturing, as needed, with assistance from Manufacturing Engineering
  • Identify and apply appropriate tooling based on material types, equipment considerations, cutting conditions, etc.
  • Maintain tooling database

  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience in a metal cutting/machining environment preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with CAD/CAM software, Siemens NX preferred but not required
  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in science, engineering, or other technical discipline preferred; suitable experience will be considered in lieu of educational preferences
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CNC programming
  • Ability to program both mills and lathes
  • Ability to program multi axis machines preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of machine code (G & M code)
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply CAD/CAM software for programming
  • Experience with Siemens NX/Unigraphics CAD/CAM software, preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with machinists to resolve program issues
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
  • Indoor office & factory environment. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting are common.

SCREENING / TESTING:   All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and pass:
  • Drug screen including THC
  • Criminal background screen
