We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 5-axis machining, be a Master programmer, and have proficiency with Mazak machines. Role Description



As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for our state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers and Mazak machines. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of complex parts and components. Your expertise in Master programming will be crucial in maximizing machine efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers and Mazak machines
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all CNC programs and processes
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify 3D models and generate toolpaths
  • Implement efficient machining strategies to reduce cycle times and improve part quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Train and mentor junior programmers and machine operators on CNC programming techniques
  • Stay updated on the latest CNC programming technologies and industry best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper machine calibration and performance
  • Assist in the implementation of new CNC machines and technologies


Required Qualifications



  • 1-5 years of experience in CNC programming, with a focus on 5-axis machining
  • Proficiency in programming Mazak machines
  • Expert-level knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
  • Strong understanding of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam or similar
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
