Our client, a leading high-tech manufacturer serving the medical, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries, is seeking Shipping & Receiving Specialists to join their team. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials and products in and out of the facility, maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency at every step.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials; report discrepancies or damage.
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments with accurate labeling and documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements:
1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred).
Proficiency with inventory software and basic measurement tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork.
Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, weekday shifts.
$18–$28/hr depending on experience and role level.
