JOB: Automation Controls Technician
PAY: 1099 Hourly pay $50-$75/hr

Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for candidates that have the ability to program PLCs from scratch.
- You will need to be able to write programs from start to finish
- Ideally experience with Siemens Step 7 or Allen Bradley Studio 5000
- Ladder Logic is a plus but because this is a brand new system we are building we need folks with Block and Tag experience.
- The ideal candidate will come from a background of industrial maintenance or multi-craft maintenance.
- If you have a love for machinery and you have a strong sense of mechanical sympathy this position will suit you well. We need you to be able to understand how the machine operates, not just how to write the program.
- Communicating with mechanical assemblers and technicians will be a large part of the job as well.
What you offer:
- 2 or more years experience as an Automation Controls Technician
- Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance background
- Experience with automated machinery maintenance
- PLC Programming
- Siemens Step 7
- Team Player
