Education and Experience

- Computer literacy- formal computer training or previous experience with computers in an 

• office environment required
• - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe 
• - Proficient knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation 
• - Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures 
• - Ability to use copy/fax machine/postal machine/scanner 
• - Construction background is a plus but not required
