Administrative Assistant
Location: Commerce City, CO 80022
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Commerce City. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, technicians, and project managers, helping ensure smooth daily operations through scheduling, communication, reporting, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating projects
- Support project managers and field technicians with administrative tasks
- Assist with new project setup and documentation
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry functions
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Order and monitor office supplies and inventory
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents
- Operate office equipment including copier, scanner, fax machine, and postage machine
- Provide general office support as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy and experience working in an office environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
