Job Title: Access Control Installation Specialist

Location: Fairfield, CA 

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Access Control Installation Specialist to join our expert team in delivering advanced technology solutions for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in access control and surveillance systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control systems for commercial clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to implement tailored systems that meet client needs.
• Follow established guidelines for installing and maintaining access control and related systems.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate completion of all projects, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including time, materials, and equipment used.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest technical advancements through ongoing training and development.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all work environments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in access control and surveillance installation and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of access control systems, including installation and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Job Type: Full-time-(Contract)
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Expected Hours: 40-50 hours per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift - Monday through Friday - 1st shift

Location:

• Denver, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Low Voltage & Access Control Installation: 2 years (Required)
