We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler / Hand Coiler to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves manually coiling and assembling metal components in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or assembly experience and is comfortable performing repetitive, precision-based tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable, long-term position in manufacturing.
Pay: $21.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift – 2 pm- 10:30 PM (Monday- Friday)
Duties
- Assemble products and components on the production line using hand tools and power tools
- Perform manual hand coiling of metal components according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material movement and support production flow
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Skills
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
- Experience in a factory or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic measuring devices
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
