Job Description

Mechanical Assembler

Schedule: 1st Shift 

Pay Range: $25-$26 per hour.


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of mechanical parts, while adhering to quality standards and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements.
  2. Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  3. Follow established assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
  4. Inspect and test assembled components to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies that may arise during the process.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  7. Electrical experience (Not required)

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components and systems.
  4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  5. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  8. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule: 1st Shift 

Pay Range: $25-$26 per hour.
