Job Description

Specializing in industrial services, we are a fast growing and well established leader in our industry.


Currently hiring Sr., Mid- level, and Apprentice Estimators to join our TEAM. Must currently live in the Salt Lake City, Utah area or be willing to relocate with assistance.

Your capabilities:

  • Negotiate prices with vendors/subcontractors through quotations for materials/services
  • Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the estimating team
  • Prepare budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders and assist in preliminary project schedules
  • Review proposal specifications, drawings, soil reports and existing site conditions to determine the scope of work
  • Estimate indirect cost including management, construction equipment and tools, support facilities
  • Lead and/or support successful competitive bid projects, lead design-build pursuits and Target Value Delivery opportunities
  • Engage in proposal presentations


Job Requirements:

  • INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION estimating experience.
  • Experience with Bid2Win or similar estimating software.
  • Estimation experience with one or more of the following in an industrial construction setting:  Mechanical (vessels, tanks, conveyors, fans, exchangers, etc.) Piping, Concrete, Structural Steel. 
  • Understanding the influence of market conditions on pricing
  • Takeoff software (Blue Beam, etc.)
  • Ability to work in office as this is a HYBRID role.
  • Team work and collaboration.
  • Self motivated, driven, entrepreneurial.
  • Adaptable, professional and goal oriented.
