Position: Industrial Painter

Pay: $21-23/hr

Hours: 7:00-15:30

Location: Fountain, CO

Responsibilities:

- Perform airless paint spraying and auto painting tasks according to specifications

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking

- Mix and apply paint using appropriate techniques and equipment

- Ensure proper adhesion, coverage, and finish quality

- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary touch-ups

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Experience in industrial painting or auto body repair preferred

- Knowledge of different paint types, application methods, and surface preparation techniques

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application

- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint ratios

- Familiarity with power tools used in surface preparation and painting processes

- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles for efficient workflow

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
