Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Industrial Painter Helper to join our team on the 2nd shift. As an Industrial Painter Helper, you will assist our skilled industrial painters in the preparation and execution of painting tasks. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the quality and appearance of our industrial equipment and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Surfaces: Assist in cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint.

• Mix Paints: Prepare paint and coatings according to specifications and guidelines.

• Apply Paint: Support painters in applying paint using various methods, such as spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• 
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
• 
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets the required standards.
• 
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the industrial painting team and communicate effectively to meet project goals.

• Clean-up: Assist in cleaning work areas, disposing of hazardous materials, and organizing tools and materials.

• Follow Instructions: Follow the instructions and guidance of the lead painter or supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience as a painter helper or in a related field is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Safety-conscious and willingness to follow safety guidelines.

- Good communication skills and a team player.

- Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours.
