Currently hiring an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and a Sr. Project Manager!

Must be local to the Phoenix or surrounding area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance provided.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years experience managing projects in the electrical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Data Center construction experience would be excellent but is not a requirement!
• Develop, mentor and manage a team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Accubid, and Bluebeam)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Create and manage project budget.
• Work with Superintendent to meet schedule milestones.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships directly with customers.
• Drive profitability through effective project execution.
