Job Description

We are growing and currently hiring Sr. Civil Construction Estimators.

What you offer:

  • 5+ years Civil Construction estimating experience
  • Previous experience with Underground Utilities
  • Earthwork, Asphalt, Concrete experience a plus
  • Bid reviews and final checks before submittals
  • Study job specifications and evaluate construction methods to determine cost
  • Perform digital and plan takeoffs for project quantities and scopes.
  • Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotes.
  • Accurately forecasts costs of earthwork and utility scopes for proposals.
  • Site visits and job walks as necessary for estimating
  • Interpret and explain costs and budgets to project management and field personnel as needed during construction.
  • Experience with Heavy Bid and AGTEK a huge plus
